The Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights (FBOR) offers first responders a set of comprehensive, common sense workplace protections. California Professional Firefighters won passage of this important measure in 2007, capping a 20-year effort.
Beginning this week CPF is launching a series of videos designed to help front-line firefighters better understand their rights and responsibilities in disciplinary proceedings under FBOR.
